HOW CAN I ENTER THE MR. & MISS DIAMOND STRENGTH PAGEANT?
Potential contestants can apply by completing the online application or fill out a paper application during registration.
Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength welcomes applications from both the cisgender & transgender community, all are welcome.
ARE THERE AGE REQUIREMENTS?
Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength contestants must be at least 21 years old, as of now there is no age cap.
WHAT IS THE JUDGING CRITERIA FOR MR. & MISS DIAMOND STRENGTH?
Contestants will be judged in three separate categories: Creative Formalwear, Onstage Question & Answer and Talent. Presentation is a non judged category.
PRIZE PACKAGE INFORMATION
Custom Crown/Medallion & Sash
$300 - Cash upon crowning
$50 - Cash/deposit upon the completion of one (1) community service event,
held during your reign, in the name of the pageant
$50 - Cash/deposit upon the completion of one (1) fundraiser,
held during your reign, in the name of the pageant
$100 - Cash upon crowning the new Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength, the following year.
Winner is responsible for his/her own transportation fare upon returning to crown the new winners.
WHAT DOES MR. & MISS DIAMOND STRENGTH DO AFTER HE/SHE IS CROWNED?
After the winners are crowned, they must have an official photo shoot within 30 days as they begin their year reign. Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength will make appearances at national/local events as Diamond Strength Entertainment being a primary sponsor to promote themselves as well as the title.
In addition, the winners must perform at Rochester Black Pride the following year, hold individual king/queen fundraisers on behalf of the pageant as well as a community service event where the proceeds go to the charity of their choosing.
All winners will receive cash, sash and official crown/medallion.
