By submitting this form, I hereby agree to release, indemnify and save harmless Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength, {hereinafter “The Pageant”} the official National Pageantry System, Reece Diamond, Quality Inn, their agents, officers, servants and/or employees, from any and all liabilities, indemnification’s and/or responsibilities whatsoever resulting from, associated with, or arising out of my participation in The Pageant, and/or the title of Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength, including, but not limited to personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, or any other act or acts, omissions or other sufferings regardless of whether the loss, injury or suffering occurs before, during or after The Pageant or any other related activities connected with or assumed to be connected with The Pageant. I further release any and all claims to any rights, whether assumed or implied, to any videotaping (sound and/or video), photography, recording, still camera, or motion pictures of The Pageant. I understand I have no rights to any of the recordings that I may appear in/on, or the future sale thereof. I further agree that my name and/or any photographs taken of me, whether still or motion, during The Pageant, may be used for publication, for promotional purposes or in any advertising, publicity, or in any other fashion deemed appropriate by Mr. & Miss Diamond Strength Pageants, and/or Reece Diamond or any affiliates therewith.
